There are three main affirmations I use when I am suffering from anxiety or my OCD. One of those affirmations is: "Close your eyes. Breathe." Saying this just a few times and taking deep breaths always helps to ground me in the moment. Sometimes something this simple can make all the difference. The geometric pattern is meant to be calming and also assist with grounding you in a moment of anxiety.
